After graduating as one of Fortis College – Mobile's top massage therapy students, Jen Adams began combining her extensive knowledge of reiki and aromatherapy with massage therapy to help clients relieve stress and remedy health issues. As a licensed massage therapist with more than 1,000 hours of clinical experience, she expertly pampers clients with the strokes and kneads of various massage modalities, including Swedish, neuromuscular, craniosacral, and lymphatic drainage. Clients may customize their massage sessions with a number of add-ons such as a footbath, ear candling, or kinesio taping—designed to ease muscles fatigued from overexertion or overzealously directing people to the beach.

Beyond the business day, Jen Adams lends her superpowers to the community as a volunteer massage therapist for Hands for Heroes, an organization that provides therapeutic bodywork to military veterans.
