Rotolo's Pizza, Fairhope

The food is okay. Overpriced for what you get. The first time we went we told her upfront we had a Groupon. She then encouraged us to get the lunch menu items which my husband did. We go to pay and SURPRISE the we can't use the Groupon because it doesn't apply to "specials" of which all the lunch menu items are. She knew upfront we had this Groupon and then encouraged us to order from that menu. I totally felt duped. Second trip back, which we only went because of the Groupon so I guessed it worked out well for them, we both end up ordering calzones. Complete waste of money. I order the more cheese one that is supposed to have 4 cheeses including feta and parm. The only parm on this was literally maybe 8 pieces on top of the calzone and there was not a speck of feta to be found in this thing. In addition, absolutely no flavor whatsoever. We won't ever go back.

Food is great every time we go. ( I love that they call their sauce "gravy. Very authentic)

The item we ordered for lunch didn't look like a special on the menu but when we went up to the cashier, she said we couldn't use the Groupon on it. After stating our opinion on the matter, she agreed to let us use it. Also the wording was confusing on the menu as we thought we were getting soup, salad and wrap but you had to choose between a salad or soup. Not a great value for the money.

Food was excellent, as well as the service. Very surprised about qyality, and atmosphere, being in a strip mall setting Will go back,so many things to try
