Deadly Sins Brewing, Winter Park

Tom Adams had over a decade of homebrewing experience under his belt when he met Ana Barrientos, but it was meeting her that served as a catalyst to get serious about beer. The couple opened Deadly Sins Brewery together, and have been making small batches of craft beer so refreshing and creative that they can barely keep up with the demand.

Here's a quick look at some of Dead Sins' beers that you might find on draft:

• Quiero Esa: a coffee cream ale designed to leave you wanting more (5.5% ABV)

• Free Range Citra IPA: a citrus IPA brewed with local, organic orange and tangerine peels (8.6% ABV)

• Nitrodamus Stout: a full-bodied chocolate nitro stout brewed with oats that are toasted in-house (8.3% ABV)
