Hierophant Meadery, Mead

A collaboration between the family-owned Twilight Cider Works and Hierophant Meadery, Solace and Mead Cider serves as a co-op tasting room to show off each of the businesses' refreshing beverages. Pairing each flight with snacks such as bavarian pretzels and charcuterie, the room forms an intimate tasting experience to bring out the artistry behind each of the unique local producers:

• Twilight Cider Works: Twilight's hard ciders originate from the owners' family orchards in Green Bluff, Washington, turning tree-ripened apples to a gluten-free alcoholic treat after fermenting the apples all winter and bottling the result in the spring.
• Hierophant Meadery: Committed to supporting local farmers and honey producers, Hierophant Meadery exclusively commissions apiarists who practice sustainable beekeeping to craft its botanically infused honey mead.
