Curry Mantra 2, Falls Church

At Curry Mantra 2, a spinoff of owner Asad Shieikh's Curry Mantra in Fairfax County, an exhibition kitchen allows customers to peek in at chefs as they season meats and create curries. The addition of ten new dishes separates Curry Mantra 2 from its predecessor, including shrimp served with a spinach puree, and vada pav, a mashed potato and herb "burger." Other updates include walls lined with multi-hued bottles of wine through which the light from floor-to-ceiling windows refracts.
