They refused to accept the (not expired) groupon. Allowed us to use the amount we spent on the groupon towards a purchase but I never would have gone there without the groupon deal and I didn't appreciate being ripped off.

Totally out of their control. Personally I prefer Zenga. This location just didn't feel clean and the ice cream was really soft. Service was great. The experience didn't leave a lasting impression
