The fine print that limits the Groupon and the costs for their products (glasses lenses, exams, contacts) are way more pricey than their competitors. They do not make it convenient to use the Groupon if you have a typical 9-5 job.

Dr. Patel seems quite knowledgeable and competent, but she is rather lacking in "chair side" manner. Patients look for an affable relationship with their doctors. We want to be treated as adults, told what our issues are and how to resolve them. I understand having concern for patients but not being judgmental of their actions. Dr. Patel, it seems to me, could walk this line better. Young doctors often behave seriously so others will take them seriously. In fact, confidence radiates from a relaxed doctor, at ease and accessible as a person in the process of providing competent medical care. I'm a number at my bank, my job, my car dealership; I want to be a person at my doctor's office.

They're great!

Up charged me to get more money.. Changed my perscription which I had for years.. Doctor didn't explain or talk to me about anything , I was rushed thru appt.. Staff was rude and inexperienced .. I had to return and felt totally disrespected and I believe the staff is racist and hope no one of color visit this establishment
