Rumba Barre classes are smaller, which means you receive one on one attention from the group fitness instructor, individual modifications, group camaraderie and less injury. Its like receiving small group training at an affordable price.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients are inspired with affirmations and positive thinking as they challenge themselves in class. Every class is a new opportunity to work towards new goals.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration for Rumba Barre was to educate, train and coach the importance of health and wellness. I love sharing my passion for dancing and inspiring people!

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching clients meet new challenges and conquer goals. Setting new objectives for the mind and body are what I love about my job!
