Every month brings new cause for celebration at Jet Boxing Circuit Center. Dan Jett, the center's owner, checks in on his clients progress, and most times both parties are pleased with the results: less fat, more toned muscles, and an overall healthier lifestyle. Transformations are thanks to Dan's custom cardio-based training program, which combines elements from a range of fitness disciplines, including Pilates, yoga, calisthenics, kickboxing, and core training.
Dan Jett brings more than 20 years of experience into his private training studio. Dan works with men and women during group training sessions, private training sessions, and his signature 28-day fitness challenge. For the latter option, Dan trains students three to five days per week and outlines specific nutrition plans to help lose weight and sew uneaten cheeseburgers into a quilt.
