Staff not friendly. Only the owner was personable. Pedicure was painful. Not sure if the tech knew what she was doing.

DON'T GO TO THIS SALON. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Worst business I ever patronized. I went three times only because it was a Groupon and I paid for the service and could not refund it. Everytime my shellac nail polish did not even last a weeks! The first time I went the tech did such a poor job, the owner made her take off the polish and start over! I ended up being in the salon for five hours! The third visit, the shellac polish was so thick and uncured, it chipped off in less than 24 hours! When I called to have it repaired, instead of repairing their substandard work right away, they acted unavailable and made it difficult to reschedule an appointment fix the ugly damaged, chipped polish. I ended up having to go to event with messed up polish because I could not get another appointment with them and it was too late to go somewhere else. What's worst, when you talk to the owner Amy about the poor job her nail techs perform, she will not accommodate or refund for their mistake, then put you a nail tech that may not have been the one who actually performed the service to rudely tell you they can't give you a refund!

It was the worse manicure and pedicure. Very basic with no hand or foot massage. Polish was thin and poor quality. Had to put 3 coats on so you could not see through it. Nails were shellic but peeled off before two weeks. Chairs and equipment were minimum and not comfortable. Price is high for what you get.
