I purchased a lash set and 3 wk fill from Groupon. Upon arriving for my 1st appt. at 11 a.m., on a Monday, the business was closed. Tiffany arrived 20 minutes later saying she had to do laundry. She said she rescheduled me in the Style Seat app 5 min before my appt time (never got a notification). She knew I was on my lunch break from work. My appointment started over 30 minutes late. It was a blatant disregard for my time. The set provided was not what I paid for (volume option). They were thin and not full. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt because I was low on lashes due to a previous set. But still something should have been mentioned about her not being able to provide the volume set I paid for. The lashes looked like spider legs. Not natural, full and soft like I had wanted. I had to return because I already paid for the fill. When I tried to schedule the fill she refused to schedule me on the phone. She said she only schedules through the app. I told her I'm not comfortable doing that since it requires credit card info and is unsecured. I also didn't like how she used the app to "reschedule" me five minutes before my appointment once I was already there. At the very least she should have called. Or better yet, save the laundry for a time when a client is not sitting at her business waiting on her. This is so unprofessional. She continued to refuse to schedule me over the phone even though I already paid for the service. Furthermore, she was the one late for the previous appt and wasting my time...why does she need my card? She again refused to schedule an appointment over the phone. In 25+ yrs. of going to salons of all kinds including hair, tanning, nails and lashes, I've never been told they won't take an appointment over the phone. I believe it's because she already had been paid ahead of time for the service which in my opinion is stealing. It's also a way of not having to deal with your customers directly. You can't force someone to put their private bank information in an unsecured phone app or refuse to complete a service you were paid for in advance. Just such an unprofessional experience overall.

Tiffany was the sweetest and made me so comfortable with the experience. She kept me informed throughout the process and told me to just fall asleep if I wanted to. Make sure you know what style you want going into the appointment, but even if you don't, she understands!

Fast & quality never seems to go hand in hand. But with Tiffany, that’s exactly what you’ll get. It’s still the first day so I’m only wondering now if my lashes will stay on longer than a week. I’m hopeful though. She’s pretty good & professional. I’ll be back!!
