I didn’t enjoy the facial because all I could hear was Latex gloves slapping against my face.I have never had a facial and the tech massage my face with latex gloves. Why do facial if you don’t feel comfortable using your hands. The worst facial ever.

Only NON-LATEX gloves are used in services. Gloves are PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and provides universal precaution for the customer and service provider. There was no slapping in the service. Smooth effleurage massage techniques was used in the facial. Remember, you did NOT arrive on time and there was new customer paperwork to complete. Arriving on time helps to put the customer at ease. Thank you for visiting.

Tara provided a facial equivalent to A Five Star Spa. Her knowledge, expertise in the Art of performing facials is evident for one whom has been having facials for years. Afterwards my face was clean, radiant appearance and family said "skin so soft" I will be returning Bev C
