If you have young children don’t bring them here. The staff is apparently clueless at the kid drop zone. My second day there I dropped off my 2.5 year old daughter (who is by no means an escape artist) and signed her in. While I was gone she was able to get out two “locked” doors, put her sneakers on (which she struggles with) and leave the area and walk into the salon across from the kid drop zone. He staff never realized she had left. Another mother was able to snag her and bring her back as she had seen me there with her before. I was in a class while this was all going on. After I had picked her up, thinking everything was fine, the same mother came up to me and told me what happened. The staff had never bothered to mention anything. After speaking to the manger her response was “We’ll do better in the future”. Yeah? Not with my kid.

Definitely worth joining trust me you will not be disappointed. And if you’re feeling cute you can stop in the barbershop or hair salon located inside of the facility.
