Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Foxxy fitness also makes the workouts fun. For example obstacle courses, dance class, etc so the client won't get discourage when they're in action.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was over weight and didn't like the way I looked. So I changed my diet and got fit. Lost all of my weight got motivated and like to motivate others to get fit.

What do you love most about your job?
Love when people see their results and are happy when they leave each session.
