Kim is AWESOME!! She’s so professional and does an amazing job.

I paid for this groupon and I was highly upset. 70% really means nothing. I got up from that table and I was looking at myself like there really isn't anything. there. Furthermore, they fell of two days later. I called to let her know that they were shedding far to much. My REAL eyelash was fully in tacked the synthetic ones were just coming off if I so much as touched it. So it had nothing to do with my natural lash. Instead of her even offering to take a look she just wanted me to purchase another full set. Her reply was 'sis no shade in this business you cant please everybody'. First of all, its highly unprofessional to address customers in that fashion. No shade but honey sitting under a tree. In this business the goal is to try to please most.She is doing faulty eyelashes just to turn around and charge you the full price once they fall off. I advice to not buy this groupon there are far more eyelash techs that charge less, more professional and does a better job than Kym.

Awful haircut and” balayage” I wouldn’t recommend this salon. My stylist was overwhelmed and overbooked. This seems to happen often based on other reviews.
