This spa is very difficult to schedule appointments with. I purchased 2 groupons (for my daughter in law and myself) in March and have yet to have my massage. They wouldn't take appointments in March and April due to contruction. I attempted through the summer to schedule and they cancelled my appointments. My daughter in Law has a new job and can not go now and they are telling me that I can not use both groupons for myself now. The owner is defensive and curt in conversation. I would never recommend this spa based on their owner's customer service. I can't comment on the massage, as I haven't had it yet. I'll leave feedback on that when it happens.

In the questionnaire handed to me upon entering, I indicated wanting my neck and upper back to be the area of focus. She spent the majority of the time on my arms and legs and only the last 10 min on my back.
Also, the music was not working so it was very quiet and awkward at times when I could hear her swallowing ; )

Very loud in the massage room. Therapist was not appreciative on the gratuity rather expected it. Took my cash and ran. No thank you. Rubbed me the wrong way.
