However, older Americans can help combat this trend through physical activity. At AgeSuccessfully, a fitness center providing health and fitness solutions for boomers and beyond, trainers work with those of all fitness and health levels to customize workout routines. In order to be accessible to as many as possible, classes may be taken while sitting or standing. Using treadmills, resistance bands, balance balls, and weights, exercisers work on their balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardio recovery, either on their own or in personal, couples, or group training.
