What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We saw that there was a need for hands-on marketing solutions geared towards the small business, new entrepreneur and non-profits. Because these entities typically have very small marketing budgets they're handed one-size-fits-all solutions. We address this so small organizations can thrive.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching our customers learn about their businesses, their value and the many marketing options that are out there for them to utilize. Our workshops are always highly interactive and geared towards providing attendees with actionable next steps in their marketing efforts.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We recently had a customer tell us that we helped them choose a business direction. They were torn between where they could provide the most value and what would be the most profitable. We showed them they didn't have to choose one or the other, that there was a connection between both directions.
