As a professional dancer and choreographer, Carrie Rezabek Dorr knew the benefits of exercise. Combining her dance background with her training in Pilates, Dorr developed Pure Barre, a workout that tones the whole body by incorporating stretching and small isometric movements. Gentle on the joints, Pure Barre strengthens the body while targeting hard-to-tone areas such as the hips, inner thighs, and bellybutton.
