Bliss Flow Yoga and Wellness Center, Fitchburg

Bliss Flow became my favorite yoga studio in Madison after trying them through my Groupon! They have a variety of class styles, equipment to borrow, and lots of convenient class times. Their instructors are great, create a comfortable environment for students (I was pretty new to yoga), always looking for feedback and ways to improve. They also have hot tea after class, which is delicious. I always leave Bliss Flow feeling super relaxed and refreshed. Highly highly recommend.

Great classes and great environment!

Instructor and front desk were wonderful and very helpful! The interior was nice as well; however, the exterior left much to be desired. (ex: a simple pot with pine boughs, cones and perhaps some birch bark would be appropriate in winter). Also entry/entrance needs updating and refurbishing. Painting, more personality, something to give a feel for the type of experience you hope to have upon entering. I was a bit surprised and disappointed. (See the yoga studio/areas by Whole Foods or visit Perennial Yoga in Fitchburg for ideas) Just a thought...

Challenging, but fun and playful class. The staff is very helpful & its a very relaxing environment.
