The whole process took me over 90 min... the groupon was not good for hardly any accessories, only large items. Seeing as my house if furnished, all i wanted to get was smaller items (lamps, candle holders) but none of these were elligable to buy. I ended up getting tired of waiting around for 90 min, so i just bought 2 throws only used half my groupon and still had to pay $5.00+ for the tax, wont ever get that groupon again.

Reduce the number of restrictions on the use of the groupon (ie can't use on sale items, can't use on items in store that are not Ashley, can only use one per person). I struggled to find something that met these requirements that I didn't feel was clearly already overpriced for the quality.

I will never go back to this store nor purchase anything Ashley Furniture product. Horrible experience. Staff was pretty rude and frankly not much to choose from. The Groupon sucked!
