Data Doctors, Flagstaff

This was for the Scottsdale location, but can imagine it's the same at all of them. I bought the groupon thinking I could use it towards a data transfer. They took both laptops for a day then called me to say they recommended buying their $24.95/month protection package and without buying that it would be $199 for the data transfer. Using the groupon felt like nothing more than a gimmick to sell me the expensive monthly package that can be found at the big chains for much much cheaper. I picked up my laptops and won't even think about heading back to these guys.
