the actual procedure was adequate, but trying to get an appointment at a time that was convenient for me was near to impossible. I tried for almost a month. The person doing the procedure was not flexible with her schedule, and I was looking for during the work day, not late at night or weekends. And trying to get her on the phone (to actually speak to her in person) was also impossible. I suggest that she allow the receptionist to do her booking, because she is either not in the office or treating patients.
