One of the best Crossfit gym in the area! The gym is well-equipped and has everything to cater to your fitness needs. The coaches are very nice and knowledgable. Class sizes are relatively small to the coaches will provide their undivided attention to your form and movement. The gym members are also very nice and welcoming, no intimidation at all! Check out this box if you're in the area and looking to get into Crossfit!
