NY Crab Cake Company, Floral Park

Great customer service. a once occurrence of a delayed order, the owner gave me the order with no charge. I have been returning with and without GROUPON deals since then.Need to keep soft shell crabs in stock. Food is great but noticed one of my favorite dishes, the coconut shrimp...the shrimp are smaller.

Used first groupon -- Fabulous! Great tasting crab cakes, decent lunch atmosphere. Second groupon -- Arggh! Arrived at 5:30 on a Thursday and found the place closed. Tried again today (a Tuesday) -- I wanted to call ahead for pickup, but the phone number from the website isn't a valid number. Tried looking for hours online and only see "open late on Friday and Saturday." Your guess is as good as mine as to what the heck that means. Got there at 4:45 (hoping it closes at 5:00?) and found the place dark and a sign saying they're closing "early" for a catering job. A different phone number is on the awning, BUT no hours posted anywhere on the window or door. Should I try again tomorrow on my way home from work? Or will I have better luck getting a refund for my groupon?
