Pop Cake Pops, Queens

I had a horrible experience with this vendor. I ordered 2 dozen cake pops for a party I was having, spoke to the owner in the phone and confirmed 2 months in advance. Re-confirmed a week before and on the day of my party, called her- she never picked up, left a message saying I was on my way. I called back when I got to the city, one block away and she tells me my order was not ready!!!!! What????? She didnt even start it! and i get things happen and personal situations happen, but call and we can figure it out....Unacceptable! Long story short- she was not accommodating and could have called if the order was not going to be ready so that i can have a plan B. Def would not recommend!

Horrible customer service ... Wrong order and wrong amount given. Very unsatisfied.

The owner of cake pops was unprofessional. It took me a week to contact her via phone and email before she answered. She failed to inform me her location changed from queens to Manhattan ....almost Westchester. She told me my order would be ready for pick up a 6pm...the order was not ready till after 8 pm. After my 40 min drive to her house plus gas and tolls she still had me wait for another 20 mins before she brought the cake pops out to my car. If my daughters bday party was not the next day I would have just taken the loss in money than deal with this aggravation. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Groupon should not deal with such unprofessional-ism either.
