I provide years of experience and patients to work with all levels of clientele, I do offer gloves but a recommend brining your own

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Working for bigger gyms like UFC a trader tends to get lost in the big name and forget about the details, I wanted to start my own gym so I can personally service my clients directly....

What do you love most about your job?
The pleasure of sharing my knowledge with new and willing clients....
