AWESOME place to workout! Very encouraging instructor who shows you high and low level ways to do workouts to welcome all levels of fitness. Very nice staff, free coffee and water. I actually felt woozy when working out (lack of food before working out) and one of the ladies very nicely offered me crackers, water and protein powder to help me. I will definitely be back!!

Melody's boot camp is a non intimidating environment with instructors that are helpful and encouraging. Great for beginners as well as men and women that have worked out for years. Melody is personable and knowledgeable and will work with each persons to reach their goal.
