Quieter more relaxing environment, honor the groupon only received 60 min when I paid for 90min, therapist kept talking she even talked about gratuity during the session

Make the massage rooms look more like a Spa setting such as white sheets and blankets. Have the light in room dimmer. Have more yellow lighting instead of the bold white overhead light havIng blue tape over it. The room where I was massaged was "western themed" and did not have a spa like atmosphere.
