What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Classes are designed to meet all fitness levels. Aqua Zumba is a great choice for those who may have joint issues or physical limitations. Above all, I believe fitness should be safe and FUN!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I encourage the fun and friendships in my classes so that class members look forward to coming to class as they motivate and encourage one another. Also, there is no judgment in my classes so everyone can feel confident. No dance or swim experience required.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love to dance and I love to share that with others. Zumba- whether in the water or on land- is so fun because the music just makes you want to move!

What do you love most about your job?
The people- the regulars become a family and we look forward to getting together. I love seeing my class members making lasting friendships and caring about each other. When someone is absent, they are truly missed.

I discovered Zumba with Sandy at a down time in my life. I attribute Zumba as one of the lifelines that helped pull me through the pressing life issues I was facing. Sandy always says that our goal is to move, sweat and enjoy and we don't have to look just like the next person. That is freeing and makes Zumba just plain fun.
