Core Pilates fitness has an adorable studio and instructors (Melissa is amazing) who really know their stuff! My other studio had recently closed down and I will happily be coming back to Core Pilates. Amanda (one of the owners) has communicated fabulously with me and it has made all the difference!

Amanda and Matt are terrific instructors and each visit I enjoyed a great workout. With small classes, they are able to monitor each person and give specific tips to improve a hold or movement. I highly recommend Core Pilates Fitness and Nutrition.
