About OMG Cycle

OMG CYCLE founder Ann Marie and her team of instructors help exercisers torch up to 800 calories in each 45-minute ride on an indoor cycle, and now offer additional options for Yoga and Barre. The crew designs each workout to tone not just the cardiovascular system, but the whole body as well, working against your chosen level of resistance to boost muscular definition. Guests need only show up and enjoy the ride or workout, as demonstrated by the helpful OMG staff. Classes are available morning, noon, and evening, and beginners who want to learn the basics of indoor cycling can stop by special OMG 101 classes that help them learn the ropes.

The instructors are amazing. They explain the proper way to use your body and bike. Lots of high energy. If your a new comer or been there for a while, they make you feel welcome. They treat you as family. They have Barre, yoga, and spin. I bought a Groupon and after it was over i loved it so much i signed up for more. They have really good prices for unlimited classes. Thank you OMG!

I wasn't able to redeem my voucher time time due to a back injury, but called the shop and talked to the owner and an employee who were more than helpful and let me extend my voucher by another couple weeks so I could get in an use it. OMG staff is super friendly and I look forward to using my Groupon soon!
