What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Well Balanced Body (WBB) is ubiquitous wellness center located in the heart of Historic Folsom, CA. On the second floor of the old Opera House brick building with a balcony overseeing the various shops, boutiques and restaurants. Peaceful ambiance for a self care getaway.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
One only needs to enjoy the flow of life, the union of breath and movement, creating a healthier joyful you!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Dr. Tinsley, founder of WBB, dreams of offering Chiropractic Applied Kinesiology, Movement Therapy, Functional Medicine and Yoga under one roof is flourishing into fruition; In collaboration with Lisa Fojo, close friend & colleague for over 10 years, the head yoga instructor for the center.

What do you love most about your job?
A Community Yoga class is offered on the 2nd Saturday of every month for FREE; great time to invite friends and family. A collective of conscious minds improving the shared quality of life on this planet!
