Sit outside! It makes you wonder if your still in Fontana California. Feels more like Palm Springs. Very nice!

It's a horrible experience not because of the food but because of the way they handle customers. I tried to make reservation prior to my groupon expiration but they wont be able to accomodate us, i spoked to the manager and said to just ask for a refund at groupon. I requested for a refund at groupon but they said that they will try to resolve the problem. The following day a lady from sierra lake called me and ask me to make reservation for the following sunday because they will still honor my expired groupon so i said okey and thank her. Last sunday my wife and i went there knowing that everything will be ok because they actually know that im using a groupon. While eating the receptionist approach us and ask for my groupon, i gave it her and told me that they will only honor the amount paid but not the groupon value so i said ti her that they are the one who asked me to be here and they will honor it rhen all so a sudden she's asking me to pay for my wife's meal, so i keep on explaining to her what the situation was and she said that she needs to call her manager which was not even there. I got tired of explaining to her so i just ask her for the bill and i said i dont wanna wait anymore and i will pay whatever it us because i just feel embarassed that the people on the other tables are looking at us. The receptionist said to give her 5 more mins to resolve this problem and was ask to get some dessert, when we return to our table, the table was cleaned no more table clith utensils and even our glasses. It was just so embarassing and cant even enjoy the food because of the cont. distruction. Im not even looking forward to be back here. Customer service sucks with bad communication between staffs.

Please keep up the FUNTASTIC job you do with your STAFF. I have been to your Sun. brunch at least(7) times and last week we were there for the first time with group-on and there was no difference in service IT WAS GREAT !!! Hope Group-on offers it again soon. Thank You All.
