The tire looked like it was going to bust. It made horrible sounds when they would turn. The inside looked runned down. Driver knee what time we needed to be back and at our last stop she is engaging with Dj to play songs for my celebration making us late coming back so what do you know extra fees

The driver was awesome! She was very sweet and made my birthday celebration special in every way. The little details they added to make my experience even better was perfect. I definitely recommend Smith Entertainment and would use them again in a heart beat.

I purchased this Groupon back in February for my husband's 50th birthday. I then talked to the merchant on the phone and made my reservation for a 5/14/16 wine tasting tour in Temecula, CA. I have a confirmation number, and a receipt they mailed to me showing the 5/14/16 date and our hotel pick up location. I also paid an additional fee directly to Smith Entertainment of @ $80 over the phone for the "limo tax". Today was our pickup day (5/14), and they never showed up. I made 7 calls to the company, but all went to voicemail. I left two messages asking them where they were, but they have yet to contact me (even 9 hours later). After waiting an hour for them & then deciding that they weren't going to show up, I had to make alternate arrangements for our wine tasting group. When we returned later to our hotel, we were informed that no limo ever showed up for us. Trying to find out how to get a refund. Very disappointed in their lack of commitment to their customers. Left all 8 of us scrambling for different accommodations.

Driver is so accommodating and really makes for a great day.
