This is definitely a hidden gem (THT) in the in an empire. I bought a Service on Groupon and met Nico and it was a wonderful session, I know it's hard to believe that one session could be life changing but, I promise you that this is the truth. He has definitely mastered his craft and that's all I ever expect when someone tells you they've been doing this or that for any length of time .

Best yoga classes I have ever taken. Instructors make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. The whole studio has a very good energy. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in yoga/meditation
