Tio's Grille & Cantina, Fontana

The Tio's team may have tweaked their recipes for the American palate, but the Catedral de Zacatecas pictured on the front of the menu is to remind guests that these meals are inspired by a strong history of Mexican culinary traditions. At any of the five Tio's locations, one can order classic dishes such as chiles rellenos, carnitas, machaca tostadas, and potato tacos. There's even menudo on the weekends, and daily breakfast service with everything from chilaquiles to buttermilk pancakes.
