Business I patronize for close to a year or more through Groupon and then directly to business owner. Scheduling was challenging but her personality and stated goal kept me coming to support a young entrepreneur. However, today was the worst and really shows the disrespect and lack of professionalism that this establishment has. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30. I received a text at 10:52 stating running behind can you come at noon. I arrive at 12:06. I text, rang the door bell and was let inside the secure building. I knock on her suite door no response. The lady that let me end said I don’t think anyone has been here today. no problem. All to discover my appt was cancelled as a no show at 12:01. There was obviously no appt and no consideration given to me the customer who has driven over 20 miles to the appointment and who has paid a $25.00 no show fee in the past. Why because I respect rules and understand business. I would not patronize this business again and strongly suggest that you don’t either! I will also be reporting to Better Business Bureau. Unacceptable! DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!!

Took my child for first teen facial. The results was a good start. Felt more confident about appearance. Will be returning for another.
