Aspen Air kept rescheduling our appointment. We decided to give them one more chance, but they didn't show up or call. At this point we asked for a refund through Groupon.

The service tech was very pushy and it seemed like the only reason Aspen offered the Groupon deal was to try to upsell you on their more through services. This happened right from the beginning It was almost like saying "We can do a crappy job or you can pay extra for us to do a decent job." I would not recommend.

The guy was very harsh with his movements, just came in and started drilling holes without explaining the process to me. Then kept trying to make me upgrade by using scare tactics. He ended up not doing the job correctly, breaking our ac. Never again
