Absolutely horrified with this experience. Jess showed up late to begin with and then proceeds to stick her cold hands on my neck to warm them up. She quickly asked me what I wanted done then slipped away in the back to mix the bleach. It took over 20 minutes and I heard her and the other stylist loudly talking and cursing. She did horrible on my highlights and cut and took over 3 hours. Horrible!

Jessica‘s place in downtown Loveland is such a cute salon. For the first time in several years I feel like I have the haircut exactly as I asked for. Such a sweet gal to cut my hair. Thank you Jessica!
