I did not use this voucher and I specifically asked for a refund/ credit. The place was not a real salon. It had a handmade sign you could not even see from the street. The place was disgusting so I left.

They would not honor their appointments. I even spoke to the owner. Do not purchase. You know how Great Groupon is witg refunds.

When I finally spoke to someone they told me that they no longer accept Groupons.

The Groupon stated an expiration date of August 22, 2017 (it's still not expired). A few weeks ago, not only my Groupon, but two of my coworkers' Groupons showed the Groupon as redeemed on July 5th. None of us has ever been to this salon-- they weren't redeemed. Groupon resolved the issue. Once resolved, I texted and called to make an appt as stated in the print. The woman let me know they were no longer honoring the Groupons regardless of its exp. date. They were not helpful in the least and somewhat rude. After begging Groupon and the salon to just give me my money back, they finally did. What a hassle. I'm glad I didn't end up going to that place after the treatment and browsing their facebook page (which I should have done prior to buying it, because after seeing the pictures, I wanted to cancel. Luckily, they all messed up and I didn't have to cancel. So thanks for not doing your job correctly.) Much peace!
