I was very pleased with my experience with Demings. When I bought their Groupon I called to make an appt and was able to get an appt for the next day. Was told he'd call b4 coming and he'd be there between 10-12. He called approx 30 mins b4 coming and he arrived at 10am. He was polite, friendly, came in and did his job and left. Did not try to "sell" me anything else which made me happy. He did a good job and the carpet was certainly visibly cleaner when he was done. The carpet was very dirty in the high traffic areas and although those areas were much cleaner and lighter in appearance they were still darker than the rest of the carpet but I expected that. Would definitely recommend Demings.
