The actual tour was fantastic! The hostess and the captain made the tour very enjoyable for my family! As for the check in process the lady at the front desk was VERY RUDE! We ordered our tickets through Groupon and on the site and she made us pay extra (adult price) for our child that is 9. She made things more complicated than it should be and I wanted to walk out and not do the tour!

Captain Peter and guide Rick provided a great tour of Miami Beach. We really enjoyed the water part of the tour and seeing the homes. This experience was unique and would definitely recommend. The only downfall was it was so hot!
