Great experience from check in to services and NP provider!

I booked a service through Groupon and unfortunately left disappointed. During the appointment, I did not feel that my concerns and preferences were fully listened to. The treatment felt excessive compared to what I had requested, and I was not satisfied with the final result. Equally concerning was the follow-up communication. After reaching out multiple times by email and phone to discuss the issue and request a refund to my original payment method (which Groupon confirmed is possible), I did not receive a response. I was offered store credit instead, which does not resolve my concern since I do not feel comfortable returning. In wellness and aesthetic services, listening carefully to clients and maintaining professional communication are essential. Based on my experience, both aspects were lacking. I hope the management improves their customer care and responsiveness in the future.
