Barely got massage she left me about 5 times and each time she took at least 5 mins or longer before she returned to continue my massage she didn’t even give me the time that she took from me when she kept leaving the room saying she had a next customer then insisted that I give them a tip which I think they didn’t deserve I didn’t even get my full hour massage tired to tip 10 dollars they took 20

crystal, sorry you didn’t have a good time first time came in as we just purchased that spa while you came in, and one therapist working at the very beginning of the purchase, so she had to take care of the door when it rings, and take care of the phone calls, and some walk-in customers … it was only like that fie the first two weeks. after two weeks of the purchase, we have 2-3 therapists working at that location. when you come back again, will be no more disruption. again, we do apologize for what happened, and as you know all small businesses takes time to develop in the beginning. now it won’t happen again! thank you for your understanding and support!
