Best massage I’ve ever had, hands-down. I felt like a 194 pound blob of Jell-O when I left.

Terrible, rude, disgusting!!! Would give a ZERO if possible. Never use this Place! Me and my wife were supposed to have massages at 10am and 11am. The place is in a cubicle in a second floor office space. My wife was the first one to go. Arrived early but her massage didn't start until 10:15am. The masseuse covered her face with a towel. After massaging her right arm, she asked if the pressure was OK. My wife responded that she could do it a little bit harder and she responded that that would cost an additional $25. I said no to that and from that point forward she just applied oil to her skin without any pressure. She cut the 60 minute massage to 30 minutes. I was supposed to be next and was already preparing. The masseuse was very rude and asked my wife for the tips for both of us even though she hadn't started my massage yet. To my wife's question about cutting the massage to 30 minutes, she responded to read the fine print in the add and that she was tired of Groupon. After that she told my wife that she doesn't feel comfortable to do my massage and we must get out. We were absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated for no reason. Groupon should not do business with a place like this in the future.

Dear Julia Smirnova and Peter Andreacchi, to clarify, your wife nor you filled out the paperworks sent to you the day prior to your massages. As a result, she lost time from her appointment due to the fact that she had to fill them out in the office. Your wife stated she wanted deep tissue, therefore, it was mentioned to her that it would be a $25 charge which was on the paper you both filled out as well. The massage clearly states on Groupon Swedish massage(Swedish massage uses long strokes and light-to-firm pressure to provide gentle relaxation). It was supposed to be a 50-minute massage and your wife received the remainder of the time due to the paperworks issue. Nothing was ever said about being tired of Groupon, if you are going to write a review, please have the decency to be truthful. In regards to the tip, your wife was asked if she wanted to tip separately or if she wanted to wait for you so the tips would be together. Your wife was being irreverent throughout the whole massage and continued after it was done, therefore, the therapist stated that she didn't feel comfortable giving you(the husband) a massage because she did not want the same treatment.
Thank you,
Management
