Really nice experience, Freddy is super nice :)

I was so excited to get this deal a full head of highlights, shampoo, cut, blowout and deep condition. I made my apt and re confirmed my time 2 days before the apt I show up to meet with Freddie and he tells me I am late. I confirmed 2x before the apt was even supposed to happen. When I get in the chair 30 minutes later he asked me what I wanted done, he tells me that's not possible unless I do x,y and z. Instead of encouraging me and talking about how to plan for this service and my desired hair he continues to tell me that I WILL NEVER get my desired look off a groupon promotion. Instead of building a sale he just sent me running from him. The entire time he's doing my hair my neck is jerking back and forth like a child playing with a stuffed animal. The roller brush as he is blowing my hair out is scraping my face, my head is bejng tortured, at this point I want to cry. The flat iron scraped my ears a few times and I feared he would burn me. I attempted to engage in small talk to smooth the minor miscommunication in the beginning and he was so unsocialable. I would never recommend him, nor will I ever go back to him because today was supposed to be about R&R and it was everything but that.

He doesn't seem to have much experience with long hair...he seemed overwhelmed and it took a long time.

Freddie was great. He does a great job with hair. He is very knowledgeable.
