I am a difficult dental patient as I have a hyperactive gag reflex and a phobia. The dentist was very patient and had various techniques to get what he needed done and done well. Staff were friendly and polite. Had it not been for the Groupon, I would consider him pricey. I have a chipped porcelain filling which can be repaired easily and reasonably but he only offered the option of a complete crown. I have used Groupons for other dentists and know people who have as well and the conclusion is always the same; they get you in with the Groupon deal and then attempt to sell you things that are not necessary and at often higher prices that dentists not garnering new patients through Goupon.

We apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have had regarding our service fees and appreciate the feedback. Since the time of your visit, however, we have implemented various financing options for patients without insurance. We are also very flexible and willing to work with each patient in order to meet their financial and medical needs. Just something to keep in mind for the future! :)
