Daniel is really nice and very sweet! He listens and does what is asked. A trim means a trim. He does take his time so plan accordingly.

Daniel was great. He took his time and methodically and meticulously cut each section of my very thick hair perfectly. He added extra leave in conditioner as my hair is very dry. Then he blew dry my hair straight and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. As I was driving back to my home, I passed my ex-BF and my hair and I looked amazing. It was perfect. Haha....

Ginger the owner is extremely knowledgeable about cutting hair and takes her TIME. The specialized hair cutting machine tool she uses from Europe seals the ends of your hair to prevent split ends. You can spend the day with other treatments as well. She knows how to transform hair into a beautiful style cut rather than just cutting hair. No wonder it’s called the secret. It’s a GREAT SECRET!!

From the time of making the reservation until they were finished with my hair I was treated like a second hand customer because I was using Groupon. When making the reservation I was told not to expect the time I wanted since I was paying $60 for a $180 service. When I arrived, the hair dresser, in spite he was not attending any customer at the time, attended me after 1-1/2 waiting. Then he complained that he was tired, and that his priority were his regular clients not the Groupon ones that they kept booking. I stayed because I really needed the service that day but I will never go back to a place that do not respect their clients because they're using a Groupon coupon that they agreed to sell in the first place.
