Do not go there for any simple service. It took me forever to get a set of brake pads properly changed. Came in for pads and then I overpaid for turning my rotors and a cheap set of pads. This groupon was the worst deal of all time. My brakes sounded awful for a few months. They finally, after 3 technicians, said my rotors were bad as well and they needed to be replaced. Not sure why 3 expert technicians couldnt figure this out. They did replace my pads with a better quality pad, which also lets me know they use cheap quality parts for their groupons. I could have just done the job myself had i know what I was going to have to go through. I would not recommend and would never personally go there again. Groupon should not even allow them to put this brake pad special on here as it is as just as expensive as going to a dealership when all is said and done.
